James Blunt is an artist who spent a long part of his life in Ibiza. After the big success of his album "Back to Bedlam" he bought a house there and dedicated this song to the very famous discotheque "Pacha" which opened it's doors in Ibiza in 1973, a club which reminds him of his nightlife when he was young. (She lived in Ibiza for 6 years and worked in Pacha). Another part of the song is probably dedicated to a girl called Simona who he knew when he was young.
